How long does installation take?

Most customers install in 30–60 minutes using our step-by-step video guide. No plumber needed. If you run into any issues, our support line is open 7 days a week.

What contaminants does it remove?

Our RO membrane removes 99.9% of total dissolved solids including lead, chlorine, fluoride, arsenic, nitrates, bacteria, viruses, chromium, copper, and over 1,000 other contaminants.

How often do I replace filters?

Pre-filters and post-filters: every 6–12 months depending on your water quality. The RO membrane lasts 2–3 years. Our Annual Replacement Pack covers all cartridges for one year.

Does RO remove beneficial minerals?

The standard RO process does remove most minerals. That's why our Pro system includes a remineralization cartridge that adds back calcium, magnesium, and potassium for a natural, balanced taste and optimal pH.

Will it fit under my sink?

The Essential system measures 14W x 5D x 17H inches. The tank is 11 inches in diameter. Most standard kitchen cabinets have room. Contact us if you have limited space.

What's the waste water ratio?

Standard RO systems produce 3–4 gallons of wastewater per gallon filtered. Our Pro and Whole Home systems use a permeate pump that reduces this to less than 1:1.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. The Essential includes a 1-year warranty. The Pro includes a 5-year warranty. The Whole Home system has a lifetime warranty on the housing and 5 years on components.
